Riverdale renovation

The owners of this investment property were based in Melbourne, so one of the key goals was to build trust through excellent communication throughout the build.

This Rivervale home, prior to renovation, could have been demolished, as it was in a terrible condition. However with a clear and clever plan we were able to celebrate the character of the home.  Jarrah floor boards throughout living areas, intricate cornice, large skirting and architraves brought the beauty of this home to the forefront.

New plumbing and electrical, new weather boarding and re-roofing means this 1930s home has another 90+ years in her!
